handicapped sticker please
So I'm wondering how crippled you have to be to qualify for one of those handicapped parking passes. I think I'm just getting old or something...but I am having serious issues with my hips putting me into excruciating pain. I feel like the biggest idiot sometimes because I can't even stand up or sit down without feeling like an invalid. I think I've narrowed it down to either my hips have never really been in perfect alignment and now that I'm older and pregnant my muscles aren't as great at supporting the weight and keeping it off my hips--(one of my hips is rolled forward a bit----thanks for the genetics DAD!) or the nurse at my Dr.'s office seemed to brush it off like it was normal to hobble around in extreme pain. She said it is just my ligaments stretching---It doesn't feel so much like stretching as it does sheer pain. I think next time I go to my Dr. I'm going to ask if I qualify :) And people wonder why pregnant women waddle.

while you are at it you should see if you qualify for massage therapy! i am being totally serious. insurance will cover it if you doc thinks you need it :) poor rach i'm sorry you are in pain and all. i hope this little squirt is worth it...
♡ So not fun being miserable when you're prego. My kids always sat on my cyatic nerve and it would just hit and I'd almost drop it was so crazy... No warning...
Poor Rachel!! Hopefully it will get better! You will be so happy once your little bundle of joy comes though! :)
Your nurse should have given more sympathy--Poor Rachel!! I was more fit before my second pregnancy and had more hip pain with that one, too. (Did it have something to do with her being 3 pounds heavier than my first and hanging out on one side the whole third trimester? Maybe...I still have sciatic problems on that side.) Massage therapy!!! If you can't afford it you can have Micah do it. (If Micah isn't into that...find a girlfriend your close to...) Lay on your side and have Micah rub the area for a while and then dig his elbow in. It hurts at the moment...but then the pressure is released. I did this the last two weeks of Maddie's pregnancy and I actually was able to sleep a few nights without waking up in hip spasms crying. Long comment, I know...but, poor Rachel!! I've been there. Ligament stretching...blah blah blah. We want to hear "take this pregancy safe narcotic drug that will take all the pain away and make you feel 30 pounds lighter...."
I got 3 parking tickets for parking where I shouldn't at BYU, lay off people, I was 9 months pregnant and going to school, I couldn't walk somedays, my leg would go numb and I'd collapse. As far as the parking sticker, ask for it, when they laugh, tell them you are serious!! I recently asked a dr. I know why pregnant women didn't qualify, according to this dr. you can. GOOD LUCK!!
